Its probably ok but i use a diamond splitter on mine which has served me well and never had issues with the RSP

ok if i use an Micro Circuits PSC-2-1 or similar (can't see them in the UK) where does the Micro Circuits PSC-2-1 go? At the moment ive had my longwire into the so239 and a wellbrook loop into the rx in and the sdrplay into rx out, i get better results when putting the antennas straight into the sdr...

Just out of interest how did you take the IF out of your FT990 and whats the difference between using the RX out thats already on the FT990?

As far as i know there isnt a Mac version of SDRuno yet, I tried running it in VMware but found it ran much better on a dual boot in windows, ive tried win 7 and 10 and both work fine when booted into windows. I do hope you are right, certainly there are a lot of young people with iPads and iPhones, the natural progression is for them to adopt the Mac. Always the problem with Mac's have been the price. I always try and persuade people that look at price as a start by saying, I have 2 Mac's one is a Macboo...
