I have had this happen when standby power was turned off. Standby power is off when the power supply switch is turned off or if line power is removed. OK, mine is similar. My RSP1A will not connect on PC boot up. However, after boot up, if I unplug it and plug it back in it will connect and everything works fine. On boot up, it seems to be an unidentified USB device. After unplug/plug it appears under Sound, video and game controllers

Suggestions?
