Re: SDRuno and DMR decoding with DSD+
Hi Standingwave i haven't used DSD or tried to decode DMR - however, i have found by trial and error that various digital modes require different settings on the desktop radio software and it can be very frustrating. When using NFM have you tried turning de-emphasis off? When decoding Pocsag and Fle...

Re: Decoding POCSAG
Thanks for posting this, Martin. I had almost given up on using SDRUno as the source for paging signals (Flex and Pocsag). Flex was OK (not great) but Pocsag was very poor. I ended up using SdrDx on my FCDPro+ and this gave great results on both Flex and Pocsag. Having just tried your suggestion of ...

Re: Binaural Reception ?
Hi Paul - I think you can....try this Set up the 2 virtual receivers as previoulsy described ie same frequency; one on LSB and the other USB; one output to left speaker and the other to right speaker. Make sure you are offset from the LO frequency In the main panel turn off "LO Lock" In RX Control f...

Re: Binaural Reception ?
Paul
You could try setting 2 VRX to the same frequency, one on LSB and the other on USB. The in RX Settings/Out tab/output routing - one receiver to left and the other to right.
That should do the trick.

Re: MegaDipol MD300DX
Thanks Mike
I would be interested to hear your views on its performance down at MW and below when you get round to giving it a spin there.

Re: MegaDipol MD300DX
Hi Mike
Interesting observations. A few questions
Are you in a quiet rf environment or typically suburban - with all the hash?
From your description, are you using it as a vertical dipole?
How does it perform down on MW and the beacons below that?
regards
Noel

Re: incorrect time marks on wav replay
Thanks Mike. At least I know it's not unique to my setup! The correct time does show in the recorder panel during playback (see my 2nd post above) but not in the spectra displays.

Re: Filter by VRX Frequency - possible enhan
I'll second that, Allesandro.
"Filter by VRX frequency" is a great feature but does require frequency "latitude" to make it really useful. Also agree that the latitude should be 0.5kHz or even 1kHz. This is very releavant in the aero band with 8.33kHz channels.

Re: incorrect time marks on wav replay
Greetings fellow Noel! Coming up to our time of year......except i was born in April. My issue with the time markings is when i am replaying an IQ recording. Then all the time-marks on the main and auxilliary spectra show 12:00:00 AM. Al time marks are correct when using the SDR in real-time. Show U...
