Is there an "osmocom-source" binary for GNUradio that supports SDRplay RSP1 or RSP2 available for Windows 10? I am trying to get POTHOS to work with RSP2 on the Hi-Z port to analyze low frequency (less than 1 MHz) signals. Maybe I'll retry HDSDR to collect the data instead and analyze them offline. Than...

Is there still an SDR API Evaluation tool available? I didn't see it listed on the downloads page, and nothing turned up on an internet search. If so, does anyone know where could I get a copy?
