Re: SDRplay and SDR# - state of art
CubicSDR? Hello. This is my first post here. Before buying an SDRplay unit I thought I'd try a smaller, less costly option. What a mistake. I just spent a few hours (actually, a few minutes to a few hours every night for the past 6 nights) trying to get an RTL-SDR dongle to work with HDSDR and then...

Re: .NET 3.5 on Windows 10 and SDRSharp
Yes - from what I understood Win 10 has minimal support for Net 3.5 which is why SDR# had to do a load of re-coding and in the process dropped support for all but a few hardware platforms. If you look at the SDR# forum going back a little way SDR# posted this: We have been relying on the .NET Frame...

Re: .NET 3.5 on Windows 10 and SDRSharp
I've just done a bit of googling and you can in fact install .NET 3.5 on a Windows 10 computer - with just a tiny bit of messing about. I would assume that once .NET 3.5 is installed on Win 10 then it would be possible to run an older build of SDR# eg 1361 without problems. Would anyone like to tak...

Re: SDR# End of support of the ExtIO interface?
For VHF and above, SDR# remains the gold standard for SDR software. For HF I believe SDR-Console fits the bill. In my opinion at this juncture I don't believe that any individual or group is going to convince SDR# folks to change their minds. From my understandings at this has unfolded such prior e...

Re: SDR# End of support of the ExtIO interface?
It is sad that this piece of software now doesn't work as it should anymore. Greatly in part because a group of Facebook unofficial support people decided to handle the negotiation (threatening and name calling) instead leaving it to the makers of the SDRplay. If that situation would have been hand...

Re: SDR# End of support of the ExtIO interface?
SDR# have recently been through a major restructuring process. We have also learned that it is possible to be considered a ‘friend’ to enable SDR# customers to regain access to the full features of SDR# for specific radios. We have asked what the process involves and await the response. Thank you f...

Re: New Native plug-in for SDR# - "big" image problem
It is true that the sdr# team has released a lot of updates lately and the last few were purposely done to remove support for SDRPlay users. If you follow their twitter account you will notice this. What you should also notice is and take action on is who and how negotiations are getting handled on ...
