Re: AD9850-ARDUINO Interconnect

Steve posting this for your information, hope it can help.: Also tried uploading the trackgen Arduino hexfile to a Mega 2560R3, same result - which I expected!! I did note that the 2560's Rx LED flashed as if it was receiving data when I clicked on the Arduino COM ports number in trackgen, the blink...

Re: 3 dB HYBRID COUPLER/ISOLATOR FOR ANTENNA SPLITTING 100 KHz -10 MHz

Nowhere in the RSP-1A spec sheet is it stated that the RSP-1A has an input impedance of 50Ω. It does say this under the heading: Connectivity: "Single 50Ω RF connector (SMA)" My non-professional knowledge of this topic suggests that circuit impedance is determined primarily by the source (...

Re: SDRUno 1.31 with Windows 7 issue

Your CPU usage seems outrageously high. Try disabling some startup programs that you may not really need. Disable some of Win 7's eyecandy (visual effects), it's cute but there's a performance price associated with it. This video shows how to disable visual effects and some other tips. You can alway...

Re: Erratic Audio

A dead CMOS battery is usually accompanied by a warning at startup - "CMOS checksum error" or something similar. The time will usually be reset to some date far in the past like - Jan 1, 1999. More importantly the CMOS battery also provides standby power for the BIOS memory. If the battery...

Re: How do I set Bandwidth

You may be in Low_IF mode. There is only one sample rate available (2 Mhz). Switch to Zero-IF Mode and there will be multiple sample rates available. You'll find the setting in the Main panel under 'IF Mode'. If the box to the right reads 'LIF' you are in Low-IF mode. Click on 'LIF', it should chang...
