Quite simply, the author of SDR# has ensured that the software only marginally supports the RSP. Notably plugins and other features wont work. The RSP will work, but the raw power of the RSP has been curtailed so not to make the airspy look deficient.

Same here. I use a ALA1530 most of the time - absolutely superb antenna. An LA390 also gets a lot of use. Plus I have several TX loops. I've always been a huge fan of mag loops.

Interesting. Well, it works at least. It takes a few seconds to change frequency though. The squelch is quick to set, like HDSDR. You can also drag the top right window between IF and audio. Nice.

Do you think that you could handle created a new application, as a serious project?

SDRsharp was still using MIT licencing on even later versions than SDRshaper is based around. Modifying and distribution is permitted under MIT. I see nothing that enables that licence can be withdrawn at a later stage. As far as I see it, SDRsharper is fully compliant.

The W7 --> W10 upgrages that I have done have mostly had problems eventually.

What antennas are you guys using for VLF?

Sadly SDRSharper refuses to start and crashes instantly. Even compatibility mode doesn't help on this W10 machine.

David, I've already had this conversation with Simon. He's not keen on the idea of third-party plugins, and he has explained his reasons for this.
