Re: Ham Radio Deluxe, SDRUno and TS-590sg help
Thanks for the info. Both ways posted seem to have their drawbacks. Using the USB provided com port for SDRUno and using the radio com port for HRD seems to work very well. I'm currently testing a passive hardware based com port splitter to allow the KPA500 to follow the TS-590 band changes and it s...

Ham Radio Deluxe, SDRUno and TS-590sg help
I know that I can connect HRD to SDRUno using CAT and I know that I can connect SDRUno to my TS-590 using Omnirig and that works, but... Is there a way that i can get full control of the TS-590 via HRD? I would like to remote my station and control the TS-590 via HRD but also use SDRUno. The best me...

Re: RSP Spectrum analyser software available shortly
Yes, that should be possible with the aid of a directional coupler.Phillip wrote:I think I just realized we'll be able to use this as an antenna analyzer from HF through (at least) the 70 cm band? Am I wrong?

Amazing work Steve. It looks excellent and the addition of a tracking generator using an arduino and DDS module is music to my ears!

Re: SRDUno, Omnirig and TS-590SG Problem
Thanks Roger.
I tried rolling back the driver but had no luck. I ended up doing a complete reinstall of Windows 10 (it was a new machine anyway) and that seems to have solved the problem.

SRDUno, Omnirig and TS-590SG Problem
I'm trying to run SDRUno with an RSP1A as a panadapter for my Kenwood TS-590SG. I've got it interfaced with Omnirig and the radio control is all working but the TS-590SG is beeping at random intervals. The beeps are the same ones that are made when switching mode (LSB, USB etc) so it seems like SDRU...

Re: RSP1A Bias -T
IS the schematic publicly available? I've had a quick Google search but can't find anything.

RSP1A Bias -T
Is there a point on the RSP1A PCB that I can pick up the switched 5v that feeds the Bias-T and is there a component that I can remove to prevent the 5V being fed up the coax? I want to experiment with using the Bias-T function to switch some outboard modules without having to tap it from the antenna...
