Quasi Peak would only really be useful if the spectrum analyzer has the appropiate EMC bandwidth etc etc Otherwise you could just calculate the Quasi peak level from the Dbm level and then also to the same to adjust for bandwidths other than the reference EMC bandwidth. Hi Steve I would not bother with the Quasi peak or other EMC detectors if it does not have an associated CISPR defined filter like 9khz for HF. A spectrum analyzer is most useful when it has as many types of markers as possible. Especially delta markers.
