um, would you not be re configuring for each radio anyway? different IF frequencies? I'm not very good with UNO but you can save and recall work space's. I don't do that but long ago I did it once.. Anyway just load target work space for specific radio. Curious to now if it really does work on the 1...

It does not filter out CTCSS tones from FM/NFM signals making it a bit annoying to monitor the local PD, SO and Fire dispatch ckts.
So SDR# to the rescue.. Filter Audio (ON)

Gee, you made me go look.. downloaded the manuals for both.. the 08 has so239 connectors and no rf sensing is basically a plain t/r switch. the 08b can be had with an SMA for the sdr feed. from the man: The MFJ-1708B-SDR and the MFJ-1708B-SDRS are RF sensed TR switches with a receive splitter design...

Yup, I got one for my ic7300. works great. good off-tune rejection. It has a bypass position to search with and then you can dial it in. my perception is that the 'tuned' signal strength is higher than in 'bypass', which would be expected if one is experiencing dense due to broad spectrum RF energy....

I don't believe anyone has created a Spectrum Analysis app for the Mirics chip set..
I use Spektrum and touchstone with the RTL dongle and Spectrum Spy with the Airspy...
the actual bandwidth of the device is of no concern if it can be stepped/scanned fast enough..

it is a shame the SDRplay team have to be polite.
It would have been nice if you revealed the OS and app you were using.. Only HDSDR and open source SDR# use EXTIO.

Well I had a simular problem.. but it was nice music..
check to be sure you only have 1 VRX open..

on the main page you should have just one line:
0 sp1 sp2 rx green
not
0 sp1 sp2 rx green
1 sp1 sp2 rx green

ur vrx 0 is on noise and vrx1 might have the command focus.
