Hi,
another solution to control the RSP via internet is to use TEAMVIEWER. I already tried it with a friend in France ( I'm in Canada ) and he was able to control and listen the RSP correctly.

The other advantage is that you can use any SDR application not just limited to SDR Console.

Did you take a look at the DaveB post --- Removing Zero IF Image signals in FM Broadcast Band --- it could help you with some questions you have about the IQ calibration.

is there some plan to modify the HDSDR Plug-in with the same presentation / operation as the SDR# one?

I like the way the SDR# has been modified and would be nice the HDSDR one operate the same way.

Anyway, I don't think it would be possible and/or a good idea to modify the SDRPlay module. First by the nature of surface mount circuit of the RSP it would be hard to modify it without...
