Re: SDR Play via Internet

Hi,
another solution to control the RSP via internet is to use TEAMVIEWER. I already tried it with a friend in France ( I'm in Canada ) and he was able to control and listen the RSP correctly.

The other advantage is that you can use any SDR application not just limited to SDR Console.

Re: SDRPlay and rtl_tcp for windows ... requested

Hi ON4LL Like I already post somewhere else in this forum, to use my RSP remotely I use TEAMVIEWER to control the Laptop where is connected the RSP. TEAMWIEWER transmit the remote screen and the sound and it work fine. I even tried with a friend in France ( I'm in Canada ) and he was able to operate...

Re: IQ Correction

Welcome aboard Bristolpirates

Did you take a look at the DaveB post --- Removing Zero IF Image signals in FM Broadcast Band --- it could help you with some questions you have about the IQ calibration.

Have fun with your new SDRPlay RSP....

Re: SDRplay and SWL usage

Hi all,
I found a very useful site for those who want to identify a station or, in inverse, look for a station in the SW band.

You can search by band, language, broadcaster or frequency. Very well done.

Hope it will be usefull for you. :!:

Re: HDSDR Plug-in

For SDRPlay team,
is there some plan to modify the HDSDR Plug-in with the same presentation / operation as the SDR# one? :?:

I like the way the SDR# has been modified and would be nice the HDSDR one operate the same way.

Thanks in advance.

Antennas for SDRPlay with good compromise

Hi all, this is my actual SDRPLay setup. I can't install antenna outside so this is my actual selection with pretty good results. A PA0RDT miniwhip antenna feed by RG59 coax and a Diamond D130J discone antenna feed by LMR400 coax. Both antennas are in my house attic. Both antennas pass by an antenna...

Signal Hunting

Hi all, when you scroll a so wide spectrum covered by the SDRPlay RSP there is always some signals we are wandering; What is it? By digging the web I found some very interesting sites to identify many types of signals we can observe by showing some waterfall screen shot and also some audio samples. ...

Re: Bias Tee

Hi lew247, Strange that you're asking that because usually antenna amplifiers are supplied with a power feed unit. Anyway, I don't think it would be possible and/or a good idea to modify the SDRPlay module. First by the nature of surface mount circuit of the RSP it would be hard to modify it without...
