Yes, I need 3 simultaneously. With CubicSDR I haven't figured out how to get more than 1.
I don't have a windows license and I don't want one, so a virtual machine isn't an option.

Meanwhile I found out that the reason is an ABI version mismatch:
Haven't found a solution yet though.sdrplay failed ABI check: Library ABI=0.6, Module ABI=0.7
