Re: SDRuno automatically resets Zero IF to Low IF on every single band change
Thank you Mike and Thank you Tech_Support for your responses. I was just curious as to why this was happening. I was about to uninstall SDRuno and do an install of 1.3 to see if tat didn't happen. I'm glad to know that is normal. You guys have done a great job with SDRuno and keep up the good work. ...

Re: SDRuno automatically resets Zero IF to Low IF on every single band change
Mike, thanks for the list. I can say in this case nothing on the list is causing the problem with garbled audio. My real question is why does SDRuno change the software form Zero IF to Low IF on every single band change?

SDRuno automatically resets Zero IF to Low IF on every single band change
When I am in any band and change the setting from Low IF to Zero IF and then change bands again, SDRuno will change the setting back to Low IF. Is there a place, that I'm not seeing, that will make this change automatic? After I noticed this I purposely went into every band. Set it for Zero IF and i...

Re: re: having to reset to defaults on sdruno start up
Yes, I am having the same issue. Next time, before resetting to default. Try changing from Low IF to Zero IF or vice versa and see if your audio will clear up. This prevents me from having to reset Sdruno to defaults.

Love the RSP1A and SDRuno
Almost two weeks ago my new toy is delivered. An RSP1A. I purchased this along with an MFJ-108B-SDR. I wired it up, loaded the SDRuno software and opened it up. WOW! I was receiving AM/FM and the Amateur bands immediately. I can't say the software is very intuitive, but I can say it's not that daunt...

Re: MFJ-1708 Connection Questions
Well I guess I was overthinking the problem. Also, in short, the Y connector idea will not work. the amp is looking for ground to key and using a Y connector defeats this. Here is how I have it connnected. I have TX GND on the back of the radio connected to the CTRL terminal on the 1708. I have my A...

Re: MFJ-1708 Connection Questions
Thank you ON5HB, That's what I thought. I have the wire from the TX GND on the back of the radio to the CTRL on the 1708B. I've read that I can put a Y connector on the TX GND an go to bothe the 1708 and my amplifier. It seems to work well like that. I would like to figure out how to mute the RSP1A ...

Re: MFJ-1708 Connection Questions
OK, I figured it out. Connect a Y adapter to the port that keys the amp on the rear of the transceiver. One jumper to the MFJ-1708 and one to the amp.
Works perfectly.

MFJ-1708 Connection Questions
I have an RSP1A and a MFJ-1708B-SDR. I have a connectivity question. I know how to connect the obvious. SDR-REC XCVR and ANT. My confusion is around the AUX and the CTRL connections. I've connected the RSP1A between the Transceiver and the Linear Amplifier. The MFJ instructions State "The CTRL termi...

Your MFJ-1708B-T/R Switch Experiences
I have an new RSP1A and an MFJ-1708B-SDR. I have read all I can find in this forum pertaining to this matched pair, but am not seeing the information I'm needing. I would like to hear from anyone that is using the RSP1A with the MFJ-1708B-SDR without having made any other modifications. I've read ab...
