Sample rate is at minimum.

System and SDR running at around 10% and Im using a USB mouse the problem has been since day one.

When Im scrolling the frequency on my mouse the band keeps freezing up and cutting out for a second continuously, all bands the same, and happens whether I scroll fast or slow, anyone help me please.

Do I need the above downloads with the new SDRUno update?

I think Im doing something wrong, Im receiving booming signals and s-meter reads 5/6, i receive mediocre signals and s-meter reads 5/8..and I scratch my head.

I tried version 1:24, my screen froze multiple times, so went back to 1:22, ill suffer not being able to go above 5 SR, until something is sorted out...thanks everyone for your input, greatly appreciated.
