Whit is a good noise floor in RF? i mean the lowest possible or industry standard?

The university on twenty has their miniwhip mounted on a super large metal "pole" :) Personally, I found grounding the coax shield, reveals more signals. If the coax is pulling signals, then perhaps your antenna is not working efficiently? Does it still pull in stations when there is no power applied?

yes an antenna description would also be good. I am in Virginia.

Do any of the ports in the RSP2 have an internal balun?

That odd...it works fine in the older version but does not work in 1.3. I will uninstall everything and reinstall. Hope that will fix it.

glovisol, how does yours shows DAB? I cannot get it to show that..

Cannot receive anything FM.

I am unable to select WFM and SWFM modes in 1.3. Is this a bug? something to do with settings?

on second attempt it opened up. So, it looks like its specific to certain hardware as those settings come embedded. Also, the software looks like it was designed for a specific purpose - that of running the hardware manufacturer's specific hardware. Perhaps one can get it to work with RSP and other ...
