SDR for the Odroid XU4?
I am looking for software that will work with SDRPLAY RSP1 running on an Odroid XU4 computer. While the Odroid is about the same size as a Rasberry Pi 4 board it has less user support than the RP4; but the Odroid if much faster; has 8 cores. The Odroid is running a new version of Ubuntu 16.04 Mate; ...
Truncking
Will the rsp1 work with Unitruncker? If so where can I find a setup example. Normally this requires two receivers. However, I would like to use a single receiver; if both channels can be found within the receive bandwidth.
Thank you
Thank you

Re: Rrequency incorrect
John, thank you for your reply. Yes, I know about the real vs branded TV channels. I use the CDBS data files from the FCC website to find the current frequency. In addition, I wish the TV listed both the actual frequency and the branded one. It helps to know the actual frequency when selecting an an...

Re: Rrequency incorrect
You are correct, your instructions worked. I thought that the "calibration" offset would set the frequency. It works different than I expected; thank you for the clarification. Also I verified that an ATSC TV spectrum can be viewed. The problem may have been related to the 80Mhz offset. Now works gr...

Rrequency incorrect
Initial installation provided correct frequency calibration. However, not any more, the frequency is off by 80 Mhz. FM 88 to 108 Mhz now tunes 80 Mhz higher than should be. Is there an initialization file, than can be deleted or reset back to default settings? Also, I have not been successful receiv...

Re: SDRuno opens in tiny nonexpandable window
Yes, my complaint also. My computer is a Dell Insprion 13 with a 13 inch touch screen. Way too small to see clearly. Not even the magnifier is useful. All screens should be re-sizeable and with zoom adjustment. The spectrum screen is re-sizeable but no zoom control. There are however some features I...

Re: NTSC Decoder
There is an ATSC decoder provided with GNU Radio. I am not sure about an NTSC decoder. I have tried to get ATSC working with my ETTUS B200 board. So far no luck. There needs to be more documentation, imho. I did get a spectrum analyzer working with GNU radio. I decode about 30Mhz of spectrum, withou...

SDRPlay and Rasbury Pi
Hello, What is the best way to get SDRPlay working on a Rasbury Pi booard? I want to install the SdrPlay receiver in the car with a Rasbury Pi board. The space available is double din; enough for a touch screen and hardware. I am looking for a "NO KNOB" touch screen solution. Either HDSDR or SDRCons...

AD convertor
1. What AD converter is used in the Sdrplay SDR receiver? Is the AD chip capable of transmitting and receiving? I saw a driver instructions for use in Sdrplay for an Analog Devices AD9361. The AD9361 is a high performance, highly integrated 12 bit radio frequency (RF) Agile Transceiverâ„¢designed for ...

Re: Crackling Noise in Audio Using SDR Console
I have a similar problem with my pc. Background processes will mess up the audio, regardless of audio source. In my case Acronis TRUE iMAGE 2015 was running, in the background, and caused the PC to slowdown significantly. While Acronis is a good product and able to backup the entire PC, it made a me...
