Hi Mike, Thank you for your response. I think our circumstances are similar. In my case the PC runs 24/7 to continuously monitor WSPR transmissions. The power settings are configured accordingly - nothing stops. So, I have no idea what triggers the problem, which has happened twice in the past week....
