Re: RSP Spectrum analyser software available shortly

SteveAndrew wrote: As I understand it, are you are trying to use a virtual comms port to talk to the analyser, instead of using the Arduino ? You want to receive the analyser commands into your own software that drives the Synth ?
That is right.
Tnx for link.

Re: RSP Spectrum analyser software available shortly

@Steve
Your SW is running nice on my RSP1 and W10.
Installation went smooth.
Thank you for kind words in "Release notes".
Expecting to have my ERASynth+ in hands soon.
So now some bridge SW must be written in between ;)

Great work

Re: Newbie RF frontend protection Qs

18 MHz only?!
My circuit (above) is working nice up to FM broadcasting band.
Above that, on Aviation AM band can hear the difference.
One day I may measure real performance...

Re: Newbie RF frontend protection Qs

Dear Phil,
it was pleasure to read and write some comments on this important topic.
My opinion is that your concerns about response time are just right.
I am using above device since 2015. on my summer stormy island location, so far no damage behind ;)
or within device.
