Re: Choppy audio with Linux and CubicSDR?
I've observed similar choppy audio on my LAN with SoapySDRplay as the server even with the new Raspberry Pi Image, typically I lower the "Sample Rate" in the GUI of CubicSDR before starting the device. I've read various 3rd party posts about adjusting frame buffers and such but nothing I've tried so...

Re: Shortwave Radio (aka HF 2000-30,000kHz)
Same, I use it mostly for audio monitoring of signals via linux and as a server for the SDRPlay as a remote via CubicSDR.

Re: Any tips for buildingunder ARM64?
Thanks, it seemed weird that everything else built *almost* perfectly, here's hoping!

Any tips for buildingunder ARM64?
Was going to attempt to build the SoapySDR SDRPlay server on the Pine64: https://www.pine64.org/?page_id=1194 which I'd previously done with the Banana Pro M3, successfully. Just on a whim I tried to build, and surprisingly cmake works fine: root@pine64:/opt/SoapySDRPlay/build# cmake ../ -- The CXX ...

Re: Attempting an SDRPlay LAN server with Raspberry PI
Managed to get the SoapyRemote server working tonight, audio tad choppy but dialing down to lowest settings improved this, thanks for pointing me in the right direction!

Re: Attempting an SDRPlay LAN server with Raspberry PI
I think you have 2 things confused here... Tony Hoyle published an equivalent to the rtl_tcp server. I'm not sure how well it works, if there are issues, we could look at that. The SoapyRemote software allows SoapySDR aware applications (such as CubicSDR) to communicate with the RSP over a network....

Attempting an SDRPlay LAN server with Raspberry PI
I'm using https://github.com/TonyHoyle/sdrplay to attempt using the Raspberry Pi 3 as a remote server, so that I might place my SDRplay away from all my computers and RFI and still enjoy it. Has anyone done this yet? I feel like I'm close but slightly daft as to what I should do next. So far the ins...

Re: SDRPlay Issues with Xubuntu 15.10 while building gnuradio-osmosdr
So my last post is still in moderation but I followed instructions in post after initial Soapy build failure and stepping though these installs worked, went back to build CubicSDR with Success! Current Build of all the things: # lsb_release -a No LSB modules are available. Distributor ID: Ubuntu Des...

Re: SDRPlay Issues with Xubuntu 15.10 while building gnuradio-osmosdr
So had a little time, and knowing I can reinstall 14.xx and get it working, thought I'd push ahead and to a clean install of 15.10 from scratch: # uname -a Linux CORQBUNTU 4.2.0-25-generic #30-Ubuntu SMP Mon Jan 18 12:31:50 UTC 2016 x86_64 x86_64 x86_64 GNU/Linux # lsb_release -a No LSB modules are ...
