Re: Why do my posts suddenly need moderator approval?
I think, its in general a very bad idea to have a pre-moderation on the forum. Such a big delay between writing and publishing immediately kills the atmosphere of the communication , when you need to wait 20-60 minutes for the post to be approved. So, if the owners want a forum to turn into a dull d...

MSi001 based autonomous SDR
Hi all,
In Russia autonomous radio receiver, based on MSi001 chip, was developed. Looks a bit ugly yet but its a prototype. Can we expect something similar from sdrplay team?

Re: Beta release of gr-osmosdr for Gnu Radio and GQRX
Update for the Raspberry Pi: I was able to build gr-osmosdr without buildind gnuradio from sources, just added 'dev' component: sudo apt-get install gnuradio gnuradio-dev Than, git clone https://github.com/willcode/gr-osmosdr, git checkout sdrplay2, and build as usual. "make -j4" does not work btw, ...

Raspberry Pi driver
Dear sdrplay support team, Can you please put the direct link on the Raspberry Pi driver on the download page? I know that its nice to have captcha, analytics and other web tools, but its really not a true linux way - with this captcha's its impossible to download the driver using wget or any other ...

Re: Beta release of gr-osmosdr for Gnu Radio and GQRX
Hi all, Is it possible to enable sdrplay support in Gnuradio for Windows? Do I need to rebuild it from sources? Osmocom source does not work, and I see no 'sdrplay' in the log: gr-osmosdr v0.1.4-98-gc653754d (0.1.5git) gnuradio 3.7.11.1 built-in source types: file osmosdr fcd rtl rtl_tcp uhd miri ha...

Re: RSP2A and RPi 3 B+
Hi all.
I tested the last OS image from SDRPlay Team, WSJT-X from https://physics.princeton.edu/pulsar/k1jt/wsjtx.html and ALSA virtual audio cable - it works, WSPR messages can be autonomously decoded.
So, it makes sense to add WSJT-X and alsa init command to the OS image.

Re: RSP2 with hardware frequency tuning wheel
I tried Griffin about 3 years ago - at that time I was not able to find SDR software, that supports Power Mate directly as a USB device (it should work even if the application is minimized, and so on). It was only possible to use it as a mouse emulation, and it was absolutely inconvenient - you need...

Fake stations on the spectrum
Hi all. I had previously SDRPlay1 and now I have SDRPlay2, both of them having the same problem - when you see and hear the station, there is absolutely no guaranty that it is really there. Right now I'm listening nice and strong stations on 5MHz: Spectrum1.jpg But the thing is, that this stations a...
