I can't seem to get the SDRplay_EXTIO_Installer_V3.8.8.exe file to run. Any suggestions? It is downloaded but double clicking on it does nothing.

first time setting up. Can't execute the EXTIO.exe file When I double click on the downloaded executable file called SDRplay_EXTIO_Installer_V3.8.3.exe nothing happens. Not acting like an exe file. the SDRplay_EXTIO_Installer_V3.8.3.exe won't execute

I am sure it's something simple but please help me out. The first two executables installed without an issue but when I click on the EXTIO exe file nothing happens.
