Re: GNU Radio support for educational use

Have you followed this - https://www.sdrplay.com/docs/gr-sdrplay-workflow.pdf including downloading and installing the correct API for your OS/processor?

Re: SoapySDRPlay3 driver for SDRplay API 3.01

Franco, Many thanks for this. I will take a look and let you know how it works. We need to move the SoapySDRPlay interface to API 3.x so that it is compatible with dual tuner support on the RSPduo. Once this is working, you should be able to either run 2 instances of CubicSDR on the same RSPduo or m...

Re: Memory Bank Column SubM

That stands for SubMode and it corresponds to the sub modes in SDRuno (i.e. for FM it would be NFM (narrow band FM), MFW (medium band FM), WFM (wide band FM) and SWFM (stereo wide band FM)

Updated version of the RSP TCP Server

This is a release of an updated version of the RSP TCP Server. This software is based on a fork of F4FHH’s version of RTL TCP Server. It has been updated to support the RSP features, but also contains an extended mode. The extended mode allows the client (via a compatible interface) to fully control...

Re: Gain Reduces When Centering Signals In HF

The power measurement is made within the VFO bandwidth of the SP2 spectrum and not the bandwidth of the input spectrum (SP1 display). For an accurate power measurement, use the power reading and not what the cursor number says in the SP1 display.

Hi,

I've just checked and it will be in the next release (1.3) - if you have a simple piece of code that I can use to check it, please send it to software at sdrplay.com

Re: Experience using rx_power

Hi Bill, The change we'll be making is this... SM0; // Standard S-meter reading SM1; // SDRuno dBm power reading result would be (e.g)... SM00010; // 10 within the range of 0 - 20 SM10943; // -94.3 dBm It's on the list of features to add, I'll just need to work out when I can get it done. I'll let y...

Re: Move time marker to right side of spectrum.

Thanks for the email and the image - I can see how having the option to move the time stamp to the right would make the use of Combo mode much clearer.

I'll just need to work out when I can get that change in. Thanks for the feedback.

Best regards,

Andy
