Paul, you mentioned RSP2 Extio. Did you unintentionally start SDRunoExtio and tried to run the RSP2 with the Extio dll?
Maybe the Mirics API is missing on the PC in question.
SDRuno has native RSP2 support. It should run RSP2 without any Extio and Mirics API.

Re: SDRuno 32 bit?
In trying to load the program into an older 32 bit laptop, I received a message stating that i needed a 32 bit program and not a 64 bit program. Strange. I just invoked the installer and it is definitely a 32 bit installer. It installs the executable to Program Files (x86) where the 32 bit programs...

Re: SDRuno 32 bit?
SDRuno is 32 bit. Where did you find a 64 bit version?

Re: SDR/Uno Won't Use VSC
I also have the WiNRADiO VSC, Jim. I never managed to make it work other software except for WiNRADiO's own. But the "original" (not branded) Muzychenko VSC should work. No idea why it doesn't. I am using VB HiFi Cable now and hat VB Audio before (same Author). Both work(ed). Many people praise VB V...

Re: sdrsharp 1361
I have these files. They are safe. But I did not test them with SDRPlay. No need to blame a licensed OM from Israel for spreading viruses.

Re: SDR/Uno Won't Use VSC
The wording "VSC" is normally only used by WiNRADiO for their special branded VAC. I tried to route sound into the WiNRADiO VSC and make a recording with audacity both with SDRuno and HDSDR on the VSC output. Both applications do not work! The WiNRADiO VSC is a "married" (branded) version of the Myz...

Re: SDRplay Notebook interference
getting rid of noise and lowering the rx noise floor sometimes becomes a never ending quest. That's true, Phil. As long as the noise is produced by ourselves we can do something against it. Shielding, grounding, common mode baluns, power line filters ... But the problem worldwide is more and more t...

Re: SDRplay Notebook interference
Have you connected the shield of the coax adapter to ground? Try a 9/1 balun at the RSP input. Coax shield of course grounded. In general laptop power supplies are very stubborn. They produce high noise levels and are almost impossible to de-noise. Place the antenna as far away from the laptop as po...

Re: DRM reception with SDRPlay and SDRUno
Well Paul, every SDR software has its particularities. Some like this feature, some like that. An advantage of SoDiRa is certainly the good DRM decoder for which you do not need extra software, Virtual Audio Cables or copyright protected codecs.

Re: DRM reception with SDRPlay and SDRUno
Paul, ExtIO is a pretty much standardised interface. As long as the dlls have no bugs SoDiRa works with any ExtIO dll. I cannot swear that it works with the RSP 2 because I do not have an RSP 2. But I am sure you will have no problems.
