Go to the Main panel and click SETT. in the upper left. There, under INPUT you will find a setting for IF mode. Also, in the same settings, click the CAL tab and you can select the LO Plan Frequency.

At the bottom of the Receiver window is a yellow Audio Volume Gain slider bar. At the left side of the bar, click "Mute" to turn off the volume for a particular VRX.

I think that is changed by hitting the space bar. I made an error by saying you could click on the number to move it. That's in another SDR program. the arrows work on my HP laptop. If you click at the top of a digit, it will increase, and click on the bottom of the digit, it will decrease.

The new API seem to have resolved the recovery time problem. It now recovers immediately after transmitting. I have also found that I can reduce the AGC a lot more and still have good sensitivity for CW reception. I leave the LNA at minimum.

I should mention that this Magic Box has worked well with my other communications receiver, but with the SDR, it still gets sufficiently overloaded that the audio section takes several seconds to recover. I still haven't solved this problem. It's too long a recovery time for CW. The Magic Box itself...

You have to connect an antenna to SMA A. The balanced wire connection is only for 30MHZ and below.
