Re: bugs in sdruno
I used the term ringing because the other poster did. Its more of a howl in that its just on the verge of breaking into oscillation. It changes pitch as you change bandwidth. If this forum allowed attaching an audio clip I would. But I'm too lazy to record one and upload it to some hosting site to l...

Re: bugs in sdruno
Months ago I noticed that same issue with the filtering ringing sound and did the same workaround that you did with the notch filters. I never mentioned it here because I thought I was being too nitpicky or that it was because of my older sound card.

Re: HF preselector
What kind of signal level are you getting on the BCB signals when directly monitoring them? I have a bunch that go from -50 to -25 and I don't see their images at the 4650 khz like in your example. I have no external filters or the built-in MW filter in my RSP1. Are you by chance running an antenna ...

Re: Automatic LNA settings w/band

Re: Bad Experience so far.
If I remember correctly, new members have to have their first few posts "approved" before they are shown in the forums. I'm guessing you didn't know that and jumped to conclusions. Settle down.

Re: frequency selection glitch in 1.22
It happened to me again. I was listening to the RSP1 in AM mode with everything working fine up to that time, then shut down SDRuno then shut down the computer. A few hours later I started the computer, started SDRuno, pressed play, clicked to give about a 30khz VFO offset and I couldn't. The step si...

Was there a broadcast playing at the time of your snapshot? Do those lines show up under all RF and I.F. gain settings?

Re: S meter adjustment ?
Main panel (the one with the 'play' button) > SETT (button in top of frame) > CAL. Most people find the meter reads too high and a setting of -15 to -20 is about right. Are we talking people that measured with accurate test equipment or they just compared to their other receiver? And is this for al...
