Was Working But Now NO signals just background noise?

I have had this unit less than a week - RSP1A. I was trying to get it to work, vis COM ports, with HRDeluxe. Hours of fiddling with different USB ports, options, etc.... The only evident issue is that in the top RIGHT under the current frequency it says "LO Locked Ti IF Output Freq"
The LO is stuck at 60.00000000. The LO Lock option is not rest. Tried it off and on....
When starting SDRuno it always says VRX#0: The specified com device doe not exist or is already open. I just ignored this in the past.
No broadcast stations, weather stations nor FM stations
