Windows 10 download problem

I was having trouble getting the SDR software to load on windows 10 both HD and council, You must disable windows defender and only use windows explorer to download. If you try google, or google chrome it will not work. It would get half way through and then not finish. I uninstalled everything I did originally and then used explorer and every thing works. To find defender in windows 10 go to settings and search defender. kc0myx
