SDRuno crash - Regular issue
SDRuno crash - Regular issue
Hi there !
For an unknown reason, SDRuno often suddendly stops working (when trying to enlarge a window, when switching to another workspace, etc). I'm asked to close the application or to wait. As nothing happens, I close Uno but it's impossible to start it again, even if I remove and plug its USB cable again. An erros message pops up (see the attached screenshots).
The only way I found to make it work again is to close the "SDRplay_apiService" (from the task manager) then click on "restart service" and SDRplay_apiService. I'm running W10 (latest version, 1803).
This almost occurs each time I use SDRuno. Running single mode.
What am i doing wrong ? Very annoying problem ... Please help me to fix it.

Dear Patrick73,
This appears to be a support request. If this is the case, please open a support ticket at www.sdrplay.com/support as this forum is not effective for customer support as the structure of the forum means it is easy to miss posts and we only monitor posts to ensure that they meet the forum rules and not necessarily for content.
Sincerely
