Satellite telemetry questions

Hello all,
I am trying to get into decoding satellite telemetry, specifically the Fox series. I can see the DUV data stream on the waterfall and hear the ongoing QSO's, however, it seems the DUV is not passing into foxtelem. I'm not sure what I'm missing. one thing i considered is that the front end filtering is blocking the 0-200khz data. if this is the case, I haven't found the setting to correct this. If this is not the case< I'm open to suggestions.
