How to get going from that first SDRuno window which pops up

We hope to add more video help for newcomers to SDRuno, but meanwhile, Andrew has produced this short video to show how to get those first 3 windows open so you can start receiving signals - see https://youtu.be/x98R2yFv6N8 - many thanks Andrew :-)
