Math on Spectra

Can we export spectra from the analyzer to Excel or Matlab to do some further processing?

I'd like to at least be able to compare what I get in a given band with and without the antenna connected to the noise bridge to calculate the antenna's SWR spectrum.

Or is there some other SDR software that can be used to run the maths?
