moving all files from sdr console to a new computer

i have a boat load of saved frequencies and favorites in sdr console on a laptop and i want to move all of it to a different computer without manually re entering everything...is there a way to do it?? I have a bunch of custom frequencies for the satellite program and a bunch of favorites id rather not reenter all the info again if i can keep from it...thanks

Under tools / files / user folder

Windows (particularly Win10) may balk at transferring files from one computer's user folder to a user folder on a different machine. You may need to grant the appropriate permissions under an administrators account on the new machine.
