Hello Arthur,
The driver signing issue is a recent problem that has occurred on some Windows 7 installations as a result of an update from Microsoft.

Please try applying the following Microsoft patches to see whether they resolve the problem.

Windows 7 32 bit https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/downloa ... x?id=46078

Windows 7 64 bit https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/downloa ... x?id=46148

Sincerely

Can you raise a ticket at our support (http://www.sdrplay.com/support) and I'll arrange to remotely connect to your machine and sort out the driver. Basically Windows 10 has been changed in the way it works with driver certificates and so the remedy is to cleanse your machine of the old RSP driver, then reinstall the latest driver from our website. Uninstalling the device sometimes isn't enough, removing hidden devices and completely uninstalling the driver is also required.

Best regards,
