Bookmarks and Cubic

Hello,
Using Cubic on a Mac.
Can anyone explain Bookmarks ?
And how to use it.
How does one enter frequencies that I would like to later
recall in it ? What seems to come up for me is the complete Documents folder !
Hard to believe that there isn't some way of storing and recalling frequencies and mode.
Sure I'm missing it, as usual.
Or if it is possible to use e.g., eibi ?
