Error Msg. ?

Hello,
Using a Mac and RSP-2
Upon starting (via Parallels), I sometimes get this error msg.:
SDRuno Error: Device cannot be initiated.
(SDRplay_api_Serve Not Responding)
But other times it starts up just fine.
Thoughts ?
BTW: Is there a Help File that can be assessed directly
from the program screen(s) menus ?
Is there a "Global" shut down box, or does each screen have to have
its Close Box ticked individually ?
