Western Europe has been seeing rather good DX conditions for DAB radio, these last days. Been to my favourite VHF location yesterday afternoon, at nearly 700 m ASL near the German/Belgian border, and was able to receive NRK (Norway), MDR (deep down in East Germany), and NDR in Northern Germany plus loads of Dutch stations and all new Belgian DAB+ MUXes with a simple 145 MHz quarterwave vertical on the car.

All this with welle.io on my Macbook and a humble RTL-SDR because there's nothing for DAB with the RSP2 on the Mac. Quite frustrating indeed.

Any chance of better days ahead?
