Importable .TXT Databases ?

Hello,
I use CSVUserListBrowser (terrific program) to control the SDRUno program.
Have a RSP-2
Besides eibi, AOKI, etc., are there any published databases or station collections
in .TXT format that I can perhaps import into CSVUserListBrowser to use ?
Am interested in monitoring Public Safety, Aero MIL, Aero Commercial, Maritime, etc.,
as well as the conventional sw broadcasts.
