SDRplay ExtIO error when starting Duo

I get the error shown below often when starting my Duo on HDSDR (the first instance). If I turn off my PC and restart it sometimes it will fix the problem. Some times I have to turn off/on my PC several times to fix the problem. Is there an easier way?

What happens when you run the RSPduo in Dual Tuner mode with two instances of SDRuno? Do you receive any API error pop-ups?

Selected the appropriate extio dll's and did not encounter a problem can you more more specific on your set up?
