NEW SDRplay owner UHF / VHF Dead

Hello.
New to SDR Radios and to this community. I recently acquired a nice used SDRplay and having no luck picking up any UHF / VHF signals.
The receiver appears to work great on MW and HF.
I see no signals on the spectral or waterfall display.
