Android driver on Android N

Hello,
I have recently updated my Nexus 9 to Android N developer preview and unfortunately the SDRPlay driver by Martin Marinov doesn't work on Android N.
From speaking to Martin it seems this is an issue with the actual binary drivers provided by SDRPlay and not his driver wrapper or SDR Touch app.
Could the Android binaries be updated to work with the changes Google has made to Android N? I believe the changes related to the way Android queries USB devices and that it now needs to be done in Java rather than native code. However Im sure Martin can provide more information on this!
