Repeatedly spikes on all bands

Hello guys!
Recently i'm had bought a win8 tablet, special for autonomous wsrp swl.
I'm has connected SDRplay with OTG cable, and saw this terrible picture, SDR# for example, but it didn't matter. HDSDR and SDR-Radio draw similar mess.

Strange thing, coz if i'm connecting SDRplay in similar setup to any of laptop (without impulse power connected) i don't see this spikes.
Help me, please, to fight with this mess :)

Oh.. after some googling finally realize what i'm probably need.
