SDRplay RSP 2 has ceased operating properly on MAC/CUBICSDR

Today I connected a short wire antenna using the Hi-Z port to listen to some HF. Everything was operating properly, until later in the day I re-launched CubicSDR.

The software "sees" the SDRplay, but CubicSDR doesn't show a waterfall and there is now audio. My computer is also recognizing the device in the system report. Unsure if this is noteworthy or not. I'm not able to "hide" the CubicSDR application on my desktop.

So far, I have re-seated the usb connection and I've re-installed the API/HW drivers and Cubic SDR. I'm attempting to attach screen grabs.

Thanks for any ideas and help!

Set RF gain reduction (RFGR) to 0 - depending on the frequency, 8 is probably out of bounds.

If you are still having problems, come through to Support (https://www.sdrplay.com/support)

thank you. After a couple of computer re-starts, I re-seated the USB at the SDRplay. Suddenly it worked :?: :D
