Anyone Merge RSP1A with µBITX?

Ian Lee KD8CEC has developed Arduino code for interfacing the µBITX transceiver with the RTL-SDR. It appears that the hardware part of SDR doesn't matter if it will work with SDRConsole. I believe the RSP1A will do that.
