I went to use my RSP2 today and got the 'No RSPs found' error message come up.
On checking in device manager, I now have an exclamation mark next to the RSP2 and just cannot get it to run.
I have uninstalled SDRuno 1.22, tried re-installing it again, deleting msi2500, system scan etc with no joy - always get the same
Screen shots below - any ideas anyone??

It is not totally clear from your post whether this device has previously worked on the computer to which it is currently (not) connected.
If it has and this problem has just arisen you will, of course, have asked yourself what has changed since the last time it was used successfully.
I have had usb driver issues after various Win 10 updates and resolved them by installing Zadig drivers.
Should you decide to try this, you must follow the installation instructions scrupulously.
However, perhaps your best option would be to raise a support ticket with the SDRPlay team - they cannot guarantee to monitor everything on this forum, but once contacted, their support is exceptional.
I do hope that you resolve your problem satisfactorily.

You have Memory Integrity protection enabled in Windows 10, you need to disable it. the SDRPlay driver is not compatible with this feature.
