Memory scanning crashing program

Post by jrodh » Thu Mar 14, 2019 6:28 pm

Hi,

First I would like to thank the developers who finally implemented a scanning feature! I hope development and refinement will continue on this great addition.

I found that the range scanning seems to work great so far. But I cannot get the memory scanning to work without causing the program to crash.

I followed the procedure in the new video, but as soon as I click the green forward button to begin the memory scan, the program stops responding and I have to close it forcefully to regain control again.

Any suggestions on how to fix this?

Thanks,
Jared

Best to raise a ticket: https://www.sdrplay.com/support

Please provide any screenshots or video that help to show the problem. If you can send us your .s1b file that's causing the problem that would help as well.

Best regards,

Andy

Problem solved. Andy helped by letting me know I didn't have the scan option (S) set to "yes.

Thanks again Andy.
