No. You can receive multiple signals, but they must be within the receiver bandwidth, about 10MHz. So, any frequency +/- about 5MHz from the center frequency can be tuned simultaneously.
The only SDR I'm aware of that allows multiple simultaneous receivers on different bands are the Flex radios. For example, the Flex-6500 can receive up to 4 bands simultaneously. However, it costs a bit more than the RSP.

Hi,
Simultaneous reception of 20m and 17m should basically work, since both bands are in the 5 MHz frequency range you get with 10 MHz sampling rate and LO set to 16 MHz.
I can not test with SDRUno since I am running Linux with gqrx. See attached screenshot.

It's actually 10 MHz sampling for both I and Q, which gives you 10 MHz of usable spectrum in ZIF mode. You will see a bit of aliasing at the spectral edges at the widest IF filter bandwidth (8 MHz) and so may see some false images at the edges of the display when using this mode.
