bad SDRPlay ?

So had sdrplay for 5 months think It might be my place cause the issue, I have shield the box and usb cable. So wait till FD 2017 to try it in the open and on Big Ant. But with the HF gear it was all ok.. get a lot on the 20 meter band on the HF radio. But still have same issue, don’t get anything expect AM Radio station and some FM. But can’t get anything else. But here screen shot and the Ant I used. Any though could it be a bad sdrplay.
