SDR UNO V1.3 Max. RF Gain in HI Z mode

I am using an RSP1A and have found that since upgrading to SDR UNO V1.3 (from V1.2) the RF gain control will always be at maximum when the program opens in HI Z mode. I can reduce it but it will always open nest time at maximum.
Also the MW/FM notch selector button is visible even though the HI Z input is selected.
If I click on ANT A or ANT B and go back to HI Z the notch button will disappear and then everything is normal again.

I have tried saving the workspace before closing but it still opens next time with the same problem

I have completely removed all traces of old installations and performed a clean install of V1.3 but the problem remains.
Any ideas?

Something wrong here, the rsp1a has only one input, no hi z. Pse explain.
