I have read the instructions and downloaded both the dump 1090 software and appropriate api_service as described in the instructions.
My issue is that 1090 works fine by itself in displaying aircraft at my location and I have verified by looing them up in flightaware but i cannot run dump 1090 when SDRUno is running (see attachment

Windows 10 64bit

Close SDRUno then try dump 1090. Only one application at a time can access an SDRPlay.

Thanks for your suggestion. Dump1090 will work as a standalone but only for 5 minutes. With SDRUno stopped (shutdown) and I start dump1090 here is the message I receive when starting up SDRUno again. when I shut down dump1090 I can again use SDRUno.
It was my understanding that SDRUno and dump1090 would work together as SDRUno is supplying the signals for dump 1090.

Perhaps the program operates differently now. When I last used Dump1090 (over a year ago), it ran in conjunction with virtual radar server.

Dump1090 is a standalone program and does not use SDRuno. Ay attempts to run both programs at the same time will not work unless you are using a RSPduo.

I think you slightly misunderstand me. What I was saying is that if you want to use dump1090 AND SDRuno at the same time, you will need either two RSPs or a RSPduo as each software package requires a single tuner.
You can use dump1090 on its own with ANY RSP.
